At Spinly, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@spinly.lt with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Items that are damaged, used, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
